Using a Systems Approach to Increase Client Engagement and Retention in the Community

Presented in collaboration with the Center for Health and Justice (CHJ) at Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities (TASC) and the Addiction Technology Transfer Center Network, this webinar discusses how jurisdictions can increase client engagement and retention by adopting a systems approach. The webinar presents both systems theory (briefly) and application using actual examples. It will also discusses the various forms of partnerships up to and including development of shared outcomes measures, which is termed collaboration.
